"Waiting on another CD to check" ? This is a WEB release, so a CD will show nothing (not to mention CD doesn't exist for this). In any case i have checked streaming and ripped from there, 1 and 7 are 16bit and that's just how it is. Unlikely you will ever be able to get them in 24bit.

Sorry, i meant for CD rips, afaik there isn't one looking at dbs and other trackers. I don't really follow Phase to know about their cons/merch. I guess it would have been better to have said "There probably isn't any CD-Rips". In any case the main point was checking a CD will do nothing since CD will be limited to 16 bit.

fwiw, it being mixed is how it was released on Apple/Amazon/Tidal/Qobuz (Probably what the label sent). I don't think it's bad uploading the mixed one in this case.

Redbook CDDA format is 44.1kHz 16bit so that's what every Audio CD will ever be unless it is a CD-ROM used for any files that can fit on there. If the Hi-res web release is like this then that's probably just how they finished it and how it'll exist. An example that I bought are the Yuuki Yunna Arrange, Outtake, and Character song album digital releases that were originally bonus albums that came with the BDs. It says they are 96kHz 24bit just like all the other Yuuki Yuuna albums but those ones are actually 96kHz 16bit. Same with how some Blu-rays come with 24bit LPCM or 24bit DTS-HD MA but the audio only occupies 16bits. TrueHD doesn't store bit depth information so that'll always show as up to 24bits. So yeah, might just be how it is.
